They addressed my issues quickly and satisfactorily and are in the process of creating a video tutorial on use of their product. Thank you to Evan for his help! After initial setup, the operation if fairly intuitive. You have to be sure that your screen image file is correct / not oversized as it will lock up the unit. (Support was good/quick to resolve this issue) After a few days I had it dialed in so ordered two more for displays in other rooms, but then in the fine print realized the monthly subscription cost is per display. It shows you can have unlimited units on your account and even though you don't need more storage if you're mirroring displays. I felt it was overpriced for what I was using it for so returned them. It might have been okay if it was a reduced rate for multiples, but it shouldn't cost them the same amount of overhead for each additional box.
