I would order 10 of these if I actually needed that many. Everything separated easily and can be put back together without even looking. It holds back seeds and pulp extremely well and makes sure you get every last drop of juice out. So easy my 3 year old can use it.

I have a lot of expensive kitchen gadgets, but I've never had the need or desire for a citrus juicer. I have a handheld lemon/lime juicer that is serviceable for most of my needs, but I got the hankering for making some fresh lemonade recently. My handheld juicer was slow going on my first batch. I also don't see myself ever wanting to do this often enough to make a big, expensive juicer worth the purchase or storage space. Enter this little manual crank juicer. I like that it comes with 2 different size reamers. The smaller one is for lemons or limes. The larger one is for oranges or grapefruits. I've only done lemons and limes so far, but it's very easy to swap out between the 2 sizes and they nest for storage so I don't have to worry about misplacing whichever one isn't being used. Operation is as simple as one would expect: cut the citrus in half, hold it on top of the reamer with one hand, and turn the crank with the other hand. In just a few seconds, your citrus is squeezed dry. I definitely am getting more juice than with my hand juicer. The seeds and most of the pulp is caught in a strainer between the reamer and the collection cup. There's ounce/ml measurements on the side of the collection cup so you can keep tabs on your output. I tore through 5 lemons to get enough for a batch of lemonade in no time. There's strainer over the pouring spout to help strain more of the pulp. Turning the crank is very easy and it wasn't awkward to have to hold the lemon while turning the crank. There's a grippy ring on the bottom of the bowl to help keep the juicer in place while you work, which is great since you don't have any spare hands to deal with a slipping juicer. I also really liked that the lid stayed snug while I poured the juice into a separate container. This would be a good tool for people who don't have the hand strength for a hand juicer or for giving young kids a task in the kitchen. It's kind of fun! Cleanup is pretty easy. I have to shake and pry some of the pulp and seeds out of the lid strainer, which did mean getting my hands a little juicy. I have hand-washed the pieces so far, but the whole thing is supposed to be dishwasher safe. I'm sure I'll be testing that out eventually, but I imagine the bowl will stay a lot nicer if I wash it by hand. I'm not a "pulp person" so, despite the two pulp straining features, it didn't catch quite enough for my liking, so I ran the juice through a separate strainer afterwards. That's probably just me being picky and also that I mushed every possible drop out of the lemons. I'd say this performs pretty well for most of my juicing needs. As it does take a few minutes to assemble and to clean, I would probably still grab my hand juicer if I only need to juice 1 or 2 lemons and limes. If I was making fresh-squeezed orange juice every day for the family, I would also tire of this pretty quickly and upgrade. But for a batch of lemonade or juicing for marinades/sauces or a small serving of orange juice, this meets my needs just fine. ... show more

Overall, I like this juicer, no keep please keep in mind that this is a hand crank juicer so youโ€™re going to have to put a little bit of effort in. I used it to juice, oranges, lemons, and grapefruit, and had no real difficulties or issues. I didnโ€™t notice a few times the handle got Kind of stuck but once I reversed it and started spinning it again. It worked out fine with no problems. If you have quite a bit of things to juice, then you may want to look for an electric juicer but if you only juice citrus every now and again like me, this will work perfectly for you. ... show more

It is a simple juicer that requires manual labor. Turning the knob causes it to spin the center of device to rub the interior of the fruit you are juicing. You holding the fruit down on top of the device is what keeps it from moving. The top and bottom has a very tight fit which is good. There is a slight spout area to pour. There are numerous holes where it would filter out pulp or seeds. The holes are wide enough to allow some pulp through.
