Since I’m at home more, I’ve been enjoying completing jigsaw puzzles. I purchased this one since I spent a semester in college on the Grand Canal. I was perplexed when the frame included a very dark side on the right and no gold on the left which were shown on both the box and the included photo - which differed from each other. From the outer frame I was able to figure out the puzzle, but the photos show much more variation in color for the water and sky than is in the actual puzzle - making it an exercise in those areas of trying to match individual shapes. I finished it, but it was VERY challenging (and, no, I did not use the coding on the back which would have only been mildly helpful).

Good news is the puzzle is beautiful, colors are vivid, pieces mesh nicely. Completely satisfied with the product, EXCEPT...Bad News - puzzle was missing one piece. Product ad said support would replace the missing block. After notifying them of the missing piece and block letter, I received feedback asking if I looked around the area where the puzzle was being done. Well, duh! After replying that this did not solve my problem, that was the last I've heard from them. So much for their support!

Look, it is a good puzzle but the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the puzzle is not the whole picture. In other words, the actual puzzle is not as wide as the photo, the photo shown has an entire extra building in it than the actual puzzle. When I was putting the puzzle together, I noticed that there were no yellow pieces though there is a entire yellow building in the picture shown. I found it hilarious but come on, this is against the unwritten rules of puzzles, isn’t it?
