The textured breastfeed pacifier nipple stays easily in baby's mouth and is just the right size for your girl and boy baby 0-6 months so their growing teeth, palate, and jaw will be safe. Additionally, the symmetrical orthodontic nipple shape means you won't have to worry about uneven pressure or fussing to turn the pacifier "right side up". I personally feel that these are the best style pacifier out there. The nipple shape is great and a favorite of all my kids (and we tried every available style on the market to find that out). This shield is awesome because it minimizes the chance of any skin irritation around the mouth and also is less intrusive looking. You see more adorable face and less pacifier. Also very easy for the kiddos to hold in their hand. Love these! My baby will only use Mam pacifiers but the ones we were using were causing a rash around her chin and mouth. Thankfully I found that Mam makes these pacifiers. Absolutely love these pacifiers! My little one loved the MAM newborn pacifiers (I'm convinced he is actually addicted to them), so when it was time to get the bigger size we chose the "air orthodontic pacifier". He gets a lot of eczema especially around his mouth so this was a great choice! He actually has not gotten much eczema lately and I credit it to the fact that his skin is now able to breathe better thanks to the large open areas. He is also able to grab the pacifier very easily and put it in his own mouth (started doing it at 6 months). Bonus points: I'm able to see his adorable smile even when he has the paci in his mouth (which is ALL the time). Pros: 1) Lets the skin breathe -- great for babies with rashes and eczema. 2) Easy to grab for young babies (my LO could pick it up and put it in his mouth at 6 months) 3) Cute designs Cons: NONE! ... show more
