The concern was that it might irritate the urethra. However, it was not uncomfortable and the different speeds and adjustments were not painful or penetrating the urethra? And as always with sexual toys, they should be washed before and after with antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. Next, the buttons for vibrating the shaft and the top of the glands penis are a little awkward and that you cannot see them. But once again with a little usage, it became a no-brainer without having to see the buttons - I was able to navigate with it after my first try. This toy can be a no hands once you adjust it. It will stay on without having to hold it or I find it comfortable just to hold it with one hand or rest it on a pillow. The toy also warms and does not get overly heated. The charging time is very good with this toy and I’m sure that you can get several uses out of it before having to recharge it again. Overall, I am giving it five stars.

It did nothing for me. Better off without it. I was hopeful when I ordered it but pretty disappointed overall. It's in the landfill now. Waste of money.

I tried to put myself in it first and then use the gadget that holds it on, but I found that inserting the holder through the hole and THEN putting it on worked much better. Once it's on you should try all the different settings to find your favorite one. Mine was #3 but to each his own. I really enjoy using it. Get one today!!
