The product feels like a nice material and the app seems fun and friendly. There costumer support is bake right into the app which makes getting help super easy kind of like messaging on instagram. It has a nice softness to it and isn’t to rigid so it seems like it would fit multiple sized people. I did contact customer service because when I first unboxed it, I went to charge it just to air on the side of caution as most devices you are supposed to charge to 100% before first time use when I went to go charge it. I didn’t see any indication that it was charging at first, so I did contact the customer support on the app which they were phenomenal and quick to respond. It also seems that I was talking to a real person. There was no messing with a robot or anything. Which I really liked. While chatting with them, it did seem to start charging. I’m assuming that out of the box it may have been super dead so it needed some time to actually charge. I mentioned this because for those of you that are purchasing this to use immediately it may need a little bit of charge before the first use when charging it draws about 1.5 to 2 W at a time. For functionality On the device itself, it only has one button and has some pretty simple modes and everything like that but with the app you can explore some really cool things like manual mode where you’re able to control the vibrations and everything like that and on top of that, you’re also even able to play some Games that they have on there which are interesting They also have a community that you can contact that’s supposed to be inclusive to the LGBTQ community. I have not really reached out into the community as that’s not something I’m looking for, but it’s a nice option to have for those who are looking for it. I have used it since then, and it is not the easiest toy to clean, but it certainly not hard. It just requires a bit of reaching into the toy to reach all the crevices and stuff like that. It also has quite a bit of power so I think most people will be satisfied by this, but something to mention is it doesn’t have crazy amounts of power, but is powerful.

Not bad for the price I would say it’s completely worth it. It holds on tight and I would consider myself to be medium both in girth and length but I think somebody larger or more thicker may feel like it’s too tight of course use lubrication because if not the inside move, but on dry skin. I would recommend the Joy hub app. I used it originally without it, but the Joy hub app has a lot more features including control with sound, etc., and some user generated videos that match with the toy/what’s going on. Can also be customize in the app and a lot more features in the community area. I’m not sure if this is an upgraded model, but hopefully in the future, they may make ones slightly larger. And I’m considering medium overall, not large, not small and definitely not micro. At time is it felt a little bit too tight, but it does the job when going again lubrication makes a major difference. In my case, it was still a tight fit however, once on, it holds on when going, it does stay even to the point that it can be hands-free. The battery is also long lasting and the quality is good considering its decently price. The various vibration modes of them are unique, so I’m sure people will find a function then enjoy. So yes, it’s quite functional with a lot of of options. If anything use it before you’re up and running if you know what I mean for a better fit, and then start it.
