I charged this up (difficult because the cord is so SHORT) and the power turned on then - NOTHING. I contacted Amazon they told me for health reasons it is not returnable. They should have just offered me a refund but I had to argue with them and finally I was able to get my money back. If you order this you are taking your chances.
