I can’t say whether it’s operator error or defective that’s why I gave it 4 stars and not less. It’s has some weight to it. Definitely keep the box because it’s hard to conceal. Thrust were amazing. A good number of settings. If it was operator error, then it’s definitely good quality. I can’t speak on the durability.
