The quality of this unit really surprised me for the price. It's well made and well designed. It was well packaged and I appreciate the three sizes of entry sleeves that came with it, as well as the six different sizes of silicone cock rings. There was also a sample tube of lube, which is nice and helps to reinforce that you should use lube with this. For everyone, the lube is necessary to comfortably use the sleeve, for entry and especially for removal. You want to use a sleeve with an entry snug enough to create a seal around your member, but not too snug as to interrupt blood flow! As for size, the diameter is quite spacious, leaving room for horizontal growth. For those of us well endowed enough, using plenty of lube on the entire member it important, because you don't want to be dragging bare skin across the inside of the tube if you do make contact with the sides! As for length, it's 20 centimeters, which is a little shy of 8". There is nothing in the cap that could injure your tip, but if you do hit the ceiling with your tip, the motor will keep running without adding additional suction. This happened for me on level 3. If it happens to you, drop down a level so you don't burn out the motor. I wish it was an inch longer, but this should accommodate all but the top percentile of users. As for suction, an important note, when this has a full and proper seal, it applies negative pressure for a few seconds at a time, then holds at that pressure for a while, before running again to remove a bit more air. If it runs constantly, or there isn't much pause between cycles, you don't have a proper seal. For me, even with the sleeve, I needed to trim some hair down there to 1/4" to ensure a good seal. Just on your member and around the base. No need to shave clean. The speed of each proper cycle seems about perfect. I had a mild feeling of discomfort due to stretching during the first few sessions, but the intermittent cycles allow you to gradually adjust. Make sure to read all the directions. There is an important caution there regarding your boys. Just something to be aware of when you first start each session, I never experienced an issue. The basics on the operation, once properly assembled and inserted, is to press the left button once to power up, then once to go to the first level. If you have a proper seal, as noted above, you'll go through a graduated cycle with it pausing between each, to allow you to acclimate. The right button decreased the level. Again, assuming a proper seal, if it's too much mid cycle, you can decrease the level by one, or down to the neutral starting light indicator, and it will stop sucking out more air. The middle button releases the vacuum effect, allowing air back into the chamber. Just be sure to dial down to the first, neutral indicator light level. If you have a good seal, you may have to hold the middle button down while you remove the tube from your shaft. The unit is easy to clean. Always remove the cap electrical pump unit from the top. Remove and clean the sleeve from the bottom. You can reasonable clean the tube in a sink filled with warm, soapy water. At the very least, rinse it out good. For a more thorough cleaning, you might want to invest in a water bottle cleaning brush. The unit isn't a masturbator, so the cleanup is for lube residue and bodily oils or bacteria from the skin. Does it have effects that last beyond the active pump time? Well, first, expect that even if you use a cock ring with it, you probably will lose some size returning to normal atmospheric pressure! As for ongoing size increase, I can't offer medical advice, but personal past experience with a similar product supports the idea that for some men, with skin that feels very tight during maximum arousal, a pump like this can gradual generate skin growth and give you a bigger package to fill. With daily use of this product, for 15-20 minutes a day, which is the maximum most sources recommend, I was able to increase size while decreasing the discomfort. Properly used, there is some evidence these devices can improve blood flow through out your unit and improve the ability of blood to fill the caverns that create an erection. I have noticed a notable increase in average flaccid size, as well as a slightly puffier, more girthful state during normal arousal, not occuring close to a pumping session. I also feel like I have improved sensation, but that could be a placebo effect? Some medical regimens for mild ED or post prostate surgery recovery utilize similar pumps as part of therapy, but that's something you'd need to discuss with a medical professional. Overall, it's a great product for the price and more convenient than a hand pump. The way it gradually increases and pauses suction automatically at each level is a great feature that I would always look for if I ever make another purchase of a product like this!

It's not well designed.the main part,the suction Assembly is at the end of the tube .it is probably 90% of the total weight of the product .it just pops onto the tube with an oring seal .it keeps it airtight .,when it stays on .that oring is doing its job sealing ..you can't expect it to keep the 2 parts together.it falls off constantly.taping it is ludacris.once suction is achieve it stays on until you try pushing a control button it takes too much pressure to engage the button without pushing the pump off

This worked twice when trying it out then the vacuum just stopped working on the third try I did like the feel of this and it wasn’t very noisy at all, suction was great when it did work and came with attachments for the correct size and fit, reached out to Alice in customer service, she was able to get a replacement sent to me! It hasn’t arrived yet can’t wait for it to get here so I can try it out again! If this one works out again I would say it’s definitely worth the price!

I guess I was expecting more even though the price was reasonable. Cheaply built. There were 3 sleeve of various size. Very thin rubber such that the minute they got coated in lube, the device would actually suck the sleeve off of the vacuum tube and into the tube where you had to fish it out, wipe off the sleeve and try again. Don’t waste your money. Cheap

I purchased this item essentially because of all the positive reviews it had gotten. In a world of penis pumps there are literally a million to choose from on Amazon. Unfortunately what all the positive reviews fail to mention was how loud this thing is. Picture an electric shaver now times that by at least three. It kind of defeats the purpose of trying to do something private when the whole neighborhood can hear it (an exaggeration but you get my point). As for the unit itself and does it perform to the best of its ability? I haven't even made it past the embarrassingly loud vibration yet to actually experience it. I can't look past it and therefore I can't even relax to enjoy it. So if noise factors into your decision then cross this one off your list.
