Its advertised to heat fast which it does but thats about it. The only thing that gets hot quick is the rod, will not heat toys quickly. Takes about 15-20 minutes. The box it came in was very beat up and mangled so that could be a reason but other than that, for its price it works for what it’s advertised for.

Here is a quote from the sales description - "With rapid warming capabilities, your toy will be ready in just 4 minutes". This is NOT true, at all.. What it should say is that the heating rods heat in about 4 minutes but your toy will take much longer depending on what you have. In reality, with a small torso style toy like the one they show in pics and is what I own, it takes over 15 minutes to reach a normal body temp. You're best off just leaving it in for a bit longer so the heat can travel into the toys material and stay warmer longer. And of course this only heats the inside so you'll have to come up with another solution for the outside if you want a "life-like", experience. I use an electric heating pad. I knew what I was getting into because I've owned something similar before. NONE OF THEM heat your toy in just 4 minutes and I wish the seller would not give false claims. I bought this one knowing this but anyone buying for the first time needs to be aware of the truth. Simple truth is this DOES work but be sure to plan ahead like 15+ minutes. If you want to speed up heating a little, add a small amount of water based lube to the rods and insert them making sure to spread it throw-out the inside. The lube acts like a conductor for heat. Science baby! PROS: -Heats to a natural body temp -Turns itself on and off for safety and to maintain temp -Standard USB charging -Washable/waterproof (except for the USB plug of course) -Long enough to heat most toys CONS: -False 4 minute toy heating claim. 15+ minutes in reality -VERY bright blinking annoying charging lights -Short USB cable -Cheap feeling design don't yank them out by the cord! In conclusion, they work okay and it's easier and less messy then running hot water. Just plan ahead and give them plenty of time work.

seriously, if You've used a torso without this (I have a decent torso) or a love doll (waiting on some) and Your not getting the right sensation. this makes so much of a difference (tried using My torso without a heating rod and well...it just didn't feel right and wasn't very satisfying). it doesn't overheat and/or cause any damage to My torso. the one thing I would highly suggest is to have a good much longer USB Extender.

It works but it is no where near how hot I would like this. I would return but I don't like to get seen with something like this. Does not make it hot. Luke warm at best. Light indicators don't work as described. They stay flashing past four minutes. They don't turn off after said time in description.
