Unfortunately this product only lasted a week. Laughing hysterically because the video I watched sold the product without hesitation. After one week's use and two charges it no longer went up and down with out using the app. While using the app the functions work only half. And on top of everything the batteries melted the machine unplugged and powered down this is dangerous not fun not only was it unamusing it also is dangerous and potentially harmful don't ruin your dicks on this one move on to the next

Second time purchasing this. I noticed the quality has gone down hill. The first one was great and lasted almost a year. It was quiet and performed great! That was until the vibration quit. So I bought another one. Functions as well as the 1st one, only this one is a lot louder and I noticed the mechanism inside has change. It looks like they wnet cheaper on this part. Cleaning is not as easy as it looks. I didn't take the vibes out of the sleeve. This is why it lasted so long. The wire is very delicate and will separate easily. I cleaned it by covering the lower mechanism with a cloth and washed out the sleeve this way. I store the unit with the sleeve upside down so any lube will not contaminate the mechanism. I hope this helps.
