This thing is great. It is smooth and soft and has a tight fit with a ribbed texture on the inside but it is super stretchy so I'm pretty sure it will fit anyone. Also, because it is so stretchy you can turn it inside out to easily wash it. It's also 100% waterproof which is definitely something you want in a toy like this. I also specifically chose this one because it is closed on one end so it catches any mess. Definitely would recommend but make sure you use water based lubricant with it.
