When I first received it last night, I tried pushing the ON button to feel the vibrations. NOTHING. So I put it on charge for about 3 hours. What I noticed was that there was no LED indicator flashing while charging like all my other sex toys. After 3 hours I pushed the ON button. I can feel and hear the ON switch clicking, but no LED indicator or vibration. COMPLETELY DEAD. So I hooked up my USB Volt and Amp meter to the charging cable. The meter read 5.02v and 0.15a which seemed normal for a discharged battery. However, once a battery starts charging the amps should decrease and eventually go to 0.0. I left it charging over night and in the morning the reading was not changed at all. The battery is not charging. Still no LED and no vibration. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! ------ Since the unit was dead anyway, I decided to do open heart surgery on the unit. So I removed the outer skin around the switch and charging hole hoping to find something. What I immediately noticed was two bare strands of wire coming out of the charging receptacle. However, once I pulled the wires out of the charging hole, it turned out to be a loop of bare stranded wire. With the loop pulled out I tried pushing the switch and the unit turned on and the light came on. When I pressed the switch further, the various vibrations started. And when I hooked up the charger, the ammeter read 0.32A instead of 0.14A and charged fully down to 0.00A. THE UNIT NOW WORKS FULLY. However, when I tried cover up the open hole with 3M electrical tape, it just fell off the slick silicone. So it's going to be hard to clean this unit with the open hole. MY HOPE IS THAT WHEN THE SELLER SEES THIS POST WITH PICTURES THAT A NEW UNIT REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT TO ME.

The big issue with this toy is the charging cord that was sent with it appeared to be the wrong one. It uses a pin that is inserted in the charging port and when I plugged it in the toy did not light up showing it was charging. The pin looked short to me. I had a charging cord that was from a different toy with a longer pin, and when I used that cord it fixed the problem. I also felt the material was not pleasant and you can't really get the grip you need.

One size does not fit all. This device does not stay on by itself. The power/mode switch is very hard to use and requires significant force. If there is a 2nd motor in the end of this device, it does very little. I would give it to anyone who wants it, since it is not a returnable item.
