The two entry holes are different sizes. A little variety is good. I use it both directions (and with either hand, of course.) The material is soft and feels great. Overall length of the unit fits my 6 incher well. Diameter of the inner tube seems just right. My girth is very average as far as I know, but the material of the sleeve is quite stretchy and my guess is that it would nicely accommodate someone with a larger diameter schlong.
