I purchased this after my prostatectomy for penal rehabilitation. My urologist recommended erection exercise several times a week as nocturnal erections are not happening since surgery. It feels great, it's not TOO noisy (although you wouldn't want to use it with other people right near you). The adjustable suction is a really cool feature and I like the push-button MAX setting to temporarily set it at the highest level whenever you're ready. The weight is noticeable but not annoying. The overall design is nice and I appreciate how easily it comes apart to clean and sanitize. It is made of TPE, which can degrade over time, but I feel like it will last quite a long time and if it degrades, tears, or breaks, I'll just buy another.

So I bought this and I tested it thoroughly. This device is incredibly good for what it does, and its motor is exceptionally strong. A excellent male device for training, pleasure and visual stimulation from the app. Things that I found out after testing it for over an hour and a half- lubricant is almost mandatory, wether it be water or silicone based, while it can be used periodically without lubricant, the instructions say it’s a must and from my testing it’s not because of necessarily chafing or irritation, but the motor and the inner sleeve do not remain on the chassis well if the traction on the other end isn’t smooth with lubricant or some type of lube, as the inner sleeve constantly got stuck or loose from the chassis. If you’re not using water or silicone based lubricants one option is aloe Vera. It is considered a substitute for water based lubricants if on a budget. The battery has long lasting qualities. And also for maximum performance and pleasure, I’d recommend using the apps visual features, further enhancing the stimuli. Overall excellent value for your money, easy to clean, disassemble and reassemble as well and gets the job done.
