The “mouth” insert has different knobs and bumps. Use plenty of lube. It comes out easy and is very easy to clean. Somehow overlooked leaving a review for this toy. Now to start, I have not had the best experience with pump-style masturbators in the past and this is the toy that started the trend. The score reflects both my experience and what I believe someone who prefers pump masturbators might appreciate. I feel that not grading it this way would be unfair(?) and would liken it to someone who prefers Rap music going to Metal concert and having an as to be expected bad time. Now that that is out of the way. Pros: -The TPE sleeve is great. It is the most enjoyable aspect of pump-style toys for me so far. -The suction felt strong and with multiple options of strength to choose from. -The vibration felt surprisingly strong with also multiple vibrating options to choose from. -Cleaning is easy with a big opening to work with. -Perhaps a small thing, but there's literally no chance of lube or other fluids getting into the device due to its design, other toys I've used it's almost impossible not to get something hard to clean out of them. -It fully charged after approximately two hours. Cons: -The device it's self does look a little cheaper in terms of quality, but I honestly haven't had it long enough to know if this is the case. -Again, as stated above these style of toys are a bit harder for me to finish with. All in all, my personal rating would be a two out of five, the sleeve did a lot of the heavy lifting for me and I'll more than likely be using the sleeve for manual stimulation going forward. I was so excited about this and its horrible. I did charge it to full first. I then let it heat up for 20 mins and it was still cold inside. The suction is a joke no matter what setting I had it on. It just had no suction and it only lasts a second at a time at that. And I dont have the largest member out there and this thing barely holds the top half of it. The pocket for the johnson is about as deep as my thumb. And you can't get your money back. I'd have a better time wiping my rear end with the $40 I just wasted. I'm pissed. How on earth does this have so many good reviews?

This device literally blows the competition away and now resides on my top. Its slightly older twin now sites on the shelf below it should I forget to charge it up after cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, it’s been the easiest so far. I feel like it takes longer to heat the water. With my schedule I don’t have a ton of spare time so definitely a bonus. One thing that I find to be a huge bonus is placement of the wire is at the front it makes disassembly and reassembly. Now if you shower with them, this is not the one for you. The assembly is not waterproof. Minor comment like with some other devices, I hope they eventually come out with XL version. This one is a good fit, but I ended up using a doughnut to help it out some.
