There are a lot of different patterns to choose from, so you can find your sweet spot. The moving part is like a little car wash. The motor isn’t incredibly powerful, so you may have to adjust things a little depending on your girth and length, but with enough lube and the right placement it feels really good on the tip/head area. Clean up is easy. The clear tube comes off and all the silicone parts are removable, so you can wash them out easily.
