Very good trench coat. As appears. The belt is a bit too high up for my torso, and goes across the top of my stomach. This may be an issue for you if you are taller. I am 6'0" with a long torso. So it is a little uncomfortable when the belt is tight. I may have to just relocate the belt loops for my comfort. Other than that I am very happy with it. Good strong material. Ironically the fit and quality was so good that the recipient named it his favorite trench coat. The jacket seems fine, yet the belt does not stay in the buckle. It seems merely cosmetic and I actually wanted a coat for windy days. So for me this is a return item.
