  • Great for light duty cleaning
Great for washing car wheel / inner fender. I have a big power washer but too much hustle connecting . This makita so easy to use and does good job 👍🏼

  • Works well
I love this thing. Not so powerful that it blows the paint off.

  • Works well for a battery powered unit - happy with the purchase
I have used it a few times, and I am happy with the purchase. First off, don't expect it to replace a regular gas-powered pressure washer - it ain't that. However, the ability to use it out of a water bucket, so I can transport it anywhere is pretty handy! It has plenty of power for most cleaning needs, and seems to last quite a while on a full battery. I still have my high-power gas pressure washer, but this is a nice addition and is quick to set up and easy to transport. ... show more

  • Bad, Makita. Bad.
First Makita product I've been really disappointed by. I understand that a battery-powered pressure washer won't be anywhere near as powerful as a plug-in unit; I'm just washing cars and don't need much more than soap application and a solid rinse. But it's *really* weak even for those use cases; for rinsing it's almost more effective to throw out the "pressure" washer and just let the hose run on the car. Moreover, this thing is riddled with proprietary plastic connectors. If you remove all the attachments and filters and whatnot, the main water inlet at the unit is a male garden-hose adapter; that's the *only* conventional socket. As sold, that input has a custom plastic filter housing that exposes a proprietary male quick-connect, which in turn connects to a matching proprietary female quick-connect used by the various tubes they supply. So, supply side, you can either hook up a garden hose *directly* to the gun, or you can embark on a journey of discovery to try to match your water source to that point and discard all the other input options it provides. And the nozzle (output) side is even worse: this unit has a proprietary and *unique* nozzle connector and the only things on the planet that attach to it are what come in the box: a sad little soap mixer and the rotate-to-select nozzle. So, this unit is not compatible with regular 1/4" quick connects (usually used for nozzle attachments). It's not compatible with any M22-based hosing. It's not compatible with 3/8" quick connect (often used for high-pressure tubing). And every single connector on it--including the input at the gun itself--is cheap black plastic. When it cracks--and it *will* crack, since Makita saw fit to force us to connect a heavy and awkward full-size garden hose connector right there at the gun--the whole unit goes in the trash. I bought this unit because I've got a lot of Makita-battery devices already, and my needs were minimal. The unit didn't live up to even those minimal needs, and is a waste of money. I don't recommend it, and am rethinking the premise of "Makita quality" as a result of this regretted purchase. ... show more

  • Squirt gun
- low power, basically good for getting dirt off stuff - didnt come with the female-female adapter you need to attach it to a hose - the Ryobi one is considerably better for this job

  • Just enough power in a small portable formal
Exactly what I wanted from a small pressure washer. Just enough power to clean the siding on our house or wash the car in a format that stows away easily and uses Makita batteries that I already have. Purchased the US version from Home Depot for $159 and it included all the accessories.

  • Find out first if it fits your needs
I have several gas and electric power washers. They perform as expected of a real powerful washer. But to simply give my car a bath when it isn't that dirty, I want an easy plug and play solution. This is where this little washer fits. I bought a lightweight 5 foot feed in hose added my usual nelson quick connects and off I went to wash my car with just a hose connection. ... show more
