This forge is exactly what I was looking for. Easily portable but still sturdy enough to handle being moved around. I have used it several times to melt down aluminum over the last 3 weeks with no issues. It was well packaged but the crucible had a decent size chip and a thin crack despite being completely surrounded in foam and bubble wrap. When I contacted the manufacturer I received a response within 24 hours and the replacement crucible arrived within a few days. Awesome customer service! The unit is not working. It was heating up one day and the next it would not heating on at all. we checked the connect part seems next too be enlarged and comes loose the tip of the air seems too get in and back fires

I‘ve been using this furnace for a while, and it is always working perfectly. Even beginners without any experience can easily use this setup. The tongs can hold the crucible well with melted metals so It is safer compared to other products.

The main housing unit is dented on the exterior. Parts are all over the place and do not come as what they described or showed in the video tutorial. Really confusing
