Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this eyeshadow palette. I get compliments all the time. I used the middle section to do my first smokey eye experiment, which I included a picture of. I use the shimmers (pink shimmer in one of my pictures) and mix other colors with the light and dark shades for a color tint sometimes, too. Sometimes I just want a skin tone to give my eyelids a plain matte look. It works for every look I'm going for. i bought this pallet at the beginning of freshman year, im going into junior year and i use it with every makeup look i do. the colors are vibrant enough for a black girl with a medium skintone however, know what shades ur gonna use most often and choose accordingly relatively small, easy to throw in my backpack to finish later the brushes that it came with were okay. after a year or so they started breaking. but, for a makeup beginner theyre more than enough the only thing that would make it better is if their were more bright red shades ... show more
