It isn't high end makeup - I knew that going in. But it is a cute case with a good variety of makeup options. Lots of neutral colors but some bold and bright ones too. I didn't expect the case to be as sturdy as it is, but I did expect or hope for some of the makeup to be in compartment areas and not be completely loose once you take the top clear plastic off. The black tray is thin plastic and all the makeup in the lower section had bounced around and was rattling around loose in the case when it arrived because the clear plastic retainer cover had spread out from the lower tray (that doesn't have any real retention pressure to keep the compacts in place without the clear cover being smashed down tight.) The case has tons of room for adding other items - but you almost have to put other stuff in if you plan to carry it by the hande and want the makeup from floating around in the case as it's carried)

This is a great makeup kit at a great value. The case is nice, sturdy, and appealing for a teen. The contents inside are fantastic, including lipstick, lip liner, mascara, eye shadow, and blush. My teen daughter loved this kit when she saw it, and she uses the contents regularly and is very satisfied. The kit offers a nice assortment of colors and is well-organized with a variety of application brushes. Overall, this is a wonderful makeup kit that any teen would love!

This make up set comes in a very nice case with a good silver locking system that opens and locks very well. It has plenty of room for you to put all your makeup in it. I like that it has a mirror in its center of its lid for your convenience. The box is a bit big for what's inside the box. Although it has a plastic cover and slots on the base container to hold all those pellets, it cannot secure everything in place, as such, all pallets are misplaced and some powder of one pallet comes out and makes all pallet boxes very messy. I had to clean up everything inside the box. Other than that, it's a nice inclusive startup makeup kit especially for beginners.

This is a cheaper quality makeup set. It looks nice, has a good variety and would be a great set for beginners, especially preteens and younger teens. More experienced makeup users will not get much out of this, but this is perfect for teens who want to experiment and try new things.

I will say I got this kit as something fun for a girls night in. We wanted to give each other makeovers and I thought this would be a great little starter kit. I will say the quality of the makeup is okay. It's not great but I think for beginners or anyone who's being introduced to makeup, it's a great start. I think the case that it comes in is great and I like that it's light yet sturdy. I will say that the colors are a little bold. I do like that you get a huge variety. Overall, I think this is a great starting kit for young adults/teens who are experimenting with makeup. The colors are a little bright but they're not terrible and the makeup itself is decent quality.

This is a nice makeup set that comes in a sturdy, pretty pink case. It's a perfect gift for teens but why not adults too? I ordered this for myself mainly for the variety of eyeshadows & blushes but I'll play around with almost everything in it. I've liked the few colors I've tried so far & everything seems safe to use. Beware that the liquid lipstick is a staining lipstick. It's not the greatest but looks good for however long it lasts for. For the value & the variety it comes with, I'd recommend this.
