Features

  • SOLID GLUE FOR PRESS-ONS, NO-MESS CONTROL FOR BEGINNERS Unlike runny liquid nail glue, this low-flow solid gel stays where you place it. Scoop the amount you need directly with the edge of a nail tipno brush required. It will not air-dry while you work, giving beginners time to align, press and reposition clear or translucent press-ons before curing.
  • HEMA-FREE & LOWER HEAT SENSATION The HEMA-free formula has a lower odor than many similar solid nail glues and produces only a mild warming sensation during proper curing, helping make at-home application more comfortable. Avoid skin contact, stop use if irritation occurs and do not use if you are allergic to acrylates or similar adhesive nail products.
  • GAP-FILLING FIT FOR DIFFERENT NAIL CURVES The buildable solid texture fills small spaces between the press-on and natural nails, creating closer contact when their curves do not match perfectly. Adjust the amount for flatter, more curved or uneven nail beds to help reduce gaps, trapped air and lifting. Designed for users who have difficulty finding tips that sit flush against their natural nails.
  • CHOOSE YOUR WEAR TIME Full and nice nail prep for wear of up to 1421 days--remove cuticles, lightly buff and clean the natural nail, apply and cure a base coat for 60 seconds, then attach and fully cure the tip. Simple prep for short 35 day wear and easier removal-Just skip buffing and base coat, and cure the glue for about 2030 seconds. Results vary with prep, tip fit, gel amount and daily activity.Water-resistent glue with a good wear.
  • FOR LIGHT-TRANSMISSIVE TIPS & 3D NAIL ART UV/LED light must pass through the tip to cure the gel, so use with clear, jelly or translucent nail tips and press-ons. Not suitable for dark or opaque solid-color nails. The medium-firm texture can also be used for chrome powder designs, molded 3D decorations and raised nail art on finished tips. Lamp required.
  • FLEXIBLE REMOVAL, COLD-WEATHER CARE Remove gradually with nail glue remover, acetone wraps or careful filing with a nail drill; never pull tips off by force. If the gel becomes firmer in cold weather, keep the jar sealed and warm it in warm water or with a nail gel warmer.ideal for nail art style changers, creative DIY users.

  • Very impressed
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
I was using uv nail glue. By the end of the day or next day the nails were already coming off. Was very skeptical about this based on the reviews, but I took a chance and am very glad I did. Like others have stated it was quite solid when I received. But I placed the jar in a small bowl of microwaved water and it softened. I did have to do that a couple of times to keep it soft but even when it harden up I still had not issues using, was just easier when soft. Being my first time using this type of product it did take a little bit of trial and error but after doing 2 nails I figured it out. You don't want it to be too soft as it is a solid nail glue. Following the product directions, I first filed the underside of the artificial nail and my own nails. What worked for me was to scoop a little bit out (little goes a long way) and worked onto the artificial nail...just a thin layer. I spread it out a little bit to make it a thin even layer. Not nearly the amount they show in the ad. Then starting at the cuticle, laid it onto my nail then pressed down firmly (was more like squeezed the crap out of my finger tips). Didn't get a single air bubble. If it was a little crooked I just slowing slid to where it needed to be. Any excess glue that came out around the nail I just cleaned it away with nail scissors and cuticle scraper. Then cured for 90secs. An extra perk is with this glue you do not need to hold it down before curing. Once I pressed it firmly onto my nail it stayed put. Enough so I was even able to cut them before curing. Stayed so well i almost forgot they weren't cured. I work in a warehouse and my hands and nails go through hell between loading an unloads pallets 40hrs a week. I've tried letting my natural nails grow, but with my rough job they keep breaking. With this glue my nails have lasted almost 2 weeks and still going strong. And not a single one is close to being loose. I evening tested on opening a couple soda cans and not even a wiggle. Will update with how long they last and how easy they are to remove in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review but hope this helps. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again. *Update* My nails lasted about a month but even then they were not loose or falling off. I did find a better way of keeping the glue soft. I placed the tub that the glue comes in onto my wax warmer. That kept it at a good soft consistency. Did not get so hot as to melt the container or make the glue runny. I have included a photo of the type of warmer that I used. It is one that uses a light bulb to create heat. As for removal, I just file the top as thin as I can go before getting to my actual nails and then use gel nail glue remover. ... show more

  • Portable, moldable, and somewhat flexible.
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
Under a light it gets hard quick. Very malleable, easy to work with. Does get stuck to the lid if you leave it the wrong side up. Basically a putty you can cure into nails, designs, or just use as glue. However not as strong as actual glue. Can be flimsy when cured. The size is around the size of a golf ball. Very portable. It’s very thick as I mentioned. It’s a clear color which is nice but can get air bubbles if you mess with it too much. I recommend this product. ... show more

  • Not worth it
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
I really wanted this to work because I hate having to hold my soft gel nail tips while curing. I read a bunch of reviews of the 4-5 most popular gels and decided to go with this one. I always PREP my nails really well every time it’s nail day (takes me at least 2 hours for removal of the old tips and fresh nail prep alone). Also all of my new tips prepped and etched and primer on, etc. and then put them on with this hard gel, not too much and not too little, then cured for 3 minutes which is more than recommended. It was cool how much easier it seemed to be, I went to sleep when I was done and the next morning I was fidgeting with my nails as I often do and I barely pushed on one of them and it peeled right off. The solid gel stayed stuck to my natural nail really well, but in no way was it stuck to my tip any better than the sticky stuff that you get from store bought press ons. I had to use my e-file to buff this glue off and even then it was really difficult to remove and acetone was hardly helping. I eventually grabbed part of it with my cuticle nippers and slowly peeled off the layer-which I shouldn’t be able to do either but it was easier than trying to buff it off. I made sure the gel was warm. I made sure there were no air bubbles. I made sure to not touch it and used a metal spatula. I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ve been doing my nails for a year now and so far the best adhesive I’ve used is the Gelish tip adhesive which is also super super thick but my nails easily last a month with that stuff. Bummed. ... show more

  • AMAZING Dupe for Aprés extend gel novice. Some tips on getting it to last 👇
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
It’s hard for me to do the Aprés gel-x system on myself bc the original extend gel in the gold bottle is so runny. I can do it on clients but it’s so much easier to use this solid gel, especially doing your non dominant hand. I’ve used the Aprés extend gel novice, and this is the same thing but almost over half the price. It also comes off way more easily when soaking off than the Aprés original extend gel. That being said, the VITAL step in getting this to last, after prepping the natural nail, etching the underside of the gel x tips with an e-file, dehydrating twice, Young Nails protein bond twice until tacky, then a thin layer of the original extend gel in the gold bottle. THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT STAY ON UNLESS YOU FIRST DO A COAT OF THE ORIGINAL EXTEND GEL. I made this mistake the first time I tried this and didn’t put a coat down first, just went in with the Makartt solid nail glue gel and they just popped off very easily in a week one by one. Putting down the extend gel first ensures they fuse together and stay put. This is the longest lasting combo that I have come to find work for me and the wear and tear I put on my nails. ... show more

  • Decent Adhesive, but Some Drawbacks
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
I’d give this gel nail glue a solid 3 stars. The adhesive quality itself is fairly strong once it cures under a UV lamp, and the clear color looks clean and natural on the nails. However, the smell is pretty strong and a bit unpleasant when you first open the jar. The size is decent, but for the price I expected a little more product. The quality feels okay, but it’s not the easiest to work with—it’s quite thick, which makes application a bit tricky. The cure time is longer than I’d like; you really need to make sure it’s fully hardened under the lamp, otherwise the nails will pop off. Overall, it works, but between the smell, cure time, and smaller size, it’s not perfect. ... show more

  • It’s okay but not great
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
Really thick and difficult to scoop out when it is cold. Once you get it on the nail however it works very well. It also looks good on the nail and doesn’t get bubbles hardly at all. Cleanup under the nail where it oozes out at the fingertip is a real hassle. If you have an e-file then you are good but if you don’t you better make sure you don’t apply too much. As for durability this glue is just okay. I had pop offs within a couple of days after application where with other glues I do not. I like the convenience of this glue but dislike the cleanup when you use too much and the durability is not the best. ... show more

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cracked the code!
Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
I seriously feel like I cracked the code to salon-quality nails at home. These BTARTBOX XCOAT Press-On Nails look like I just walked out of the nail salon, and I'm *not* someone who's usually good at applying press-ons. I have very flat nail beds, so most press-on nails either pop off quickly or leave gaps on the sides. But I paired these with the MAKARTT Solid Nail Gel, and they fit and stayed on so much better. The finish is gorgeous, they feel secure, and they honestly look like professionally done gel nails. At this point, you'll never catch me spending $100+ on a full set at the salon again. If you've struggled with press-ons because of flat nail beds, definitely give this combo a try. It completely changed the game for me! ... show more

Size: 15ml / 0.53oz
I love anything from this brand. I absolutely love this gel though it’s super clear super easy to use. I do not recommend using it with the gloves, though cause it does get stuck to it I know you’re supposed to not use the gel on your actual hands, but unless y’all could tell me a trick to not get it, stuck all over my glove that’s what I have to do ... show more
