****UPDATE**** 8/19/24 On 8/9/24 I reached out for help through the Troubleshooting section of the order section. An Amazon support representative was able to assist me with getting in touch with the manufacturer since the seller was unable to be reached until the following business day. I ended up emailing them several videos of how the device wasn’t working and they said that it was in fact defected and sent me a new one which arrived the following day. I used it last night and can already tell that the first drill I received was defective from the beginning. This new drill never stopped when I increased the speed and I was able to use it as much as I needed while doing my dip nails and it never once overheated. ****ORIGINAL REVIEW**** 8/7/24 This drill worked well for the first three times I used it and as I tried to use it just now, only 1-2 drill bits worked and one wasn’t even the right one I needed. The device gets very hot and I unplug the drill from the power box, let it cool, then try again and it works for another minute, maybe two. I’m going to try and return it with hopes I get a full or even a partial refund.

I love my drilll no problems I charged it fully when It first arrived an the charged lasted a good 3wks I noticed when it like glitched like the speed wouldn’t go higher I was like oh I haven’t Charged it ! Fully charged her up no more problems. this is a good drill perfect for beginners and experts the price is worth the quality it’s MAKARTT you can’t go wrong buy you some more bits some have very strong power remove all polish even stubborn glitter I would purchase another one from this company if something ever happened to this drill it’s great

This is my absolute fav nail drill! I’ve ordered it twice the first time I misplaced it before moving n didn’t move with it :( I repurchased it almost 2 years later still the best thing ever unfortunately my house was broken into while away and all my nail stuff ( I’m a starter nail tech just under a year) got stolen including this agin :/ I will definitely be repurchasing it for the third time the quality is spot on professional, the attachments last forever of cleaned properly it’s very quite nail drill not loud at all the bits are easy to remove and place back on I live all the speeds the rotation is so good I’ve never used over a 5 lol!!

I unfortunately had to change my review of this from 5 stars to 1 star because I am so sadly disappointed in this. I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my job.There were SO many good reviews about it so I thought why not. Unfortunately, the second week of my job and it was about the 5th time I used it, I was using this and the drill completely stopped for no reason. I panicked at work because I was with my client and I was trying to finish her nails on time as she was in a little hurry. I couldnt figure out the problem within minutes so I used my friends to finish. When I had time, I overlooked my drill and realized the bottom piece where the chord is connected was very loose. I unscrewed the bottom and the motor fell out so easily. I tried to put it back perfectly so many damn times and it did NOT want to work properly again. I had to tape the bottom just so it would screw back on not loose and turn on and work again. Also, the white grip piece got so freaking loose when I was drilling and it was annoying having to stop and push it back up every 5 minutes. It also feels so cheaply made and all the plastic disappointed me. I want to just throw this away and never see it again, but I guess I will keep it since I paid a full $70 for it. I hope this problem did not happen to anyone else, but I would not reccomend buying from my own experience. The sad part is. I cant even return or get my money back because the day it stopped working coincidentally was the day after i couldnt return. I'm sorry for this horrible review but it's my honest experience. On a good note, I love the markartt art brushes and i highly reccomend them but just not this drill.

Excellent drill! Holds a charge for days! I use this on myself personally so it’s not an everyday use but at least 4x a month. Has enough power to drill down length, bulk, and easily removes gel polish.

I had this drill for about two months.I use it in nails salon and it works great. The battery last several days without charging. When charging the battery, it takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge. Depends on how much you drain the battery. There are no indication for battery life. There are indication when it's charging and when it's fully charge, red and green lights. The forward and reverse works just fine. I can't tell the difference. The hand drill cord it long enough where you can place the drill anywhere on your waist and the hand drill will still reach to the clients. The belt clip works fine, but having the drill on the belt is not very convenience when you have to adjust the speed frequently. The torque it unnoticeable to the stationary drill. The drill bits are useless. Its not practical for nails salon uses. The hand drill holder is not very good. It get loose and fall off and depends on how you are sitting. The hand drill may fall off the holder. Overall, the negatives are minor. The drill works great. There is one problem. I bought three drills. On the lowest speed, two of them work just like the stationary drill. Its slow with light torque. Perfect for sanding real nail bed and work around the cuticle. However, one of the drill I bought, it rotate too fast and has higher torque on the lowest setting. This makes it harder to sand down natural nail and around the cuticle without hurting the clients or causes heat build up. So there are inconsistency in every drill you buy. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done and the price is fair.
