In my opinion this artificial bamboo tree is not worth the price. When I first got it I separated out the branches thinking it would look more fluffy but that made it look so bare (first picture) so I bent the branches back up to make it look like it had a little volume. The branches are easy to bend. The light strand that comes with it is not long enough to do enough wraps to give it a well lit appearance. It wraps maybe 1 1/2 times. With a nice pot and decorative cover like rocks or moss you can style it up some. The canes are sturdy. I wish it had more volume and the quantity of the leaves and twigs were better. Packing was good. Only a few bent leaves. ... show more

Unboxed it and set it inside a woven basket, because the base was too small to stand on its' own on carpet and our cat looked like he wanted to climb it. So, I put in a oversized woven basket and filled it with decorative rock of my choice. It made it stable and heavy enough that the cats can't tip it over. Looks good!! ... show more
