Features

  • MADE BY SKATERS All of our boards are designed by skaters and inspired by our location in Southern California, the birthplace of longboarding. Many of our design cues come from the local surf culture and natural materials, we let the simple aesthetics shine on their own. We also prioritize our customer service and want you to be completely stoked with your new board. All messages are replied to within 24 hours and well do our very best to ensure satisfaction and maximum cruising on our boards.
  • ULTIMATE CRUISER This board is one of our most popular boards for its smooth ride and ability to cruise and carve anywhere. The longboard's deck features a drop through truck design for a lower center of gravity and smoother ride. It is designed for stability and performance and gives you the best of both worlds, making it perfect for cruising and carving along the coast, in the neighborhood, or on campus!
  • QUALITY TRUCKS This board features gravity cast aluminum trucks with a 7 inch hanger and kingpin angle of 50 degrees. The bushings are High Rebound (medium stiffness) which adds to the carving experience.
  • THE PERFECT SHAPE The bamboo deck is 42" by 9" which makes it perfect for fun carving and tight turns! The carver board features a shallow concave shape with a nice arched camber. The shallow concave makes for a comfortable ride under your feet while the chamber makes the board lively and incredibly responsive.
  • FLEXIBLE & STRONG The bamboo and fiberglass used in this deck make it really lively and fun for carving! The 3 plies of bamboo give the deck great flexibility while the fiberglass reinforces the deck to add strength and durability.

  • Beautiful board, can't wait to build my skills
Color: Hana Pintail
I'm old. I hadn't been on a skateboard for over 30 years. But I became fascinated with the notion of using a longboard for exercise and commuting casually after seeing some videos. I brushed the thoughts aside for years, but this winter the dream of gliding along on a longboard on a sunny day finally pushed me into doing some web searching to find out if this dream was doable. It certainly is! After researching, I chose my Magneto 42" x 9" pintail to see if I could actually do the fantasy riding that sitting inside on cold winter days that had become somewhat obsessive for me. I placed my order for the board and elbow, knee, and wrist guards and hoped for the best. The board and guards arrived on a remarkably warm late winter day. It was ready to go straight out of the carton. I guarded myself up and stepped out to the back of my building's parking lot and put the dream in motion. After a few moments standing on a flat portion of the lot and doing some leaning back and fro to get the distant muscle memories going, I started pushing myself forward towards a gentle downward slope. I initially stepped off quickly, but quickly gained confidence in the stable glide and the adrenaline rush of riding. I coasted to a stop and awkwardly pushed myself back to the top of the slope. It only took about 20 minutes to get the feel of riding once again. Turning and getting pointed in the right direction while pushing is going to take practice, and I haven't had to pick myself up after a crash, so I can't review the guards just yet (thankfully). But it's going to be fun getting to know this board. It's a beauty to behold and handles small obstacles like minor pavement cracks, twigs and pebbles with little difficulty. Without the aid of a kicktail and my own tentativeness, I still need to work on my skills to push off and make quicker course corrections as I ride. But I'm ready for longer rides and I have no doubt this is the right board for me. And I think it will be the right board for you as well. ... show more

  • Honestly in love
Color: slot-machine
Retiring an old handmedown Loaded drop through deck, and this is honestly so light and reactive to the riders directional control that, paired with Sidewinder trucks and good ceramic bearings, taking even some of the tightest turns becomes reasonable. Light as hell, feels like you're floating

  • Set it up good and it’s a Cadillac!
Color: Bamboo Drop & Fiberglass Through Lon...
Love this board, use it to take the dog on runs. Smooth as glass on the road and sidewalks. I did put some reds in it since I had them but the ones it came with weren’t bad. Actually saved them for later.

  • Beautiful to behold and sturdy underfoot
Color: Bamboo Dancing Longboard
The most striking thing about the Magneto Bamboo Dancer, once you open the box and realize the sheer length of it, is how gorgeous this longboard looks. From the bamboo pattern to the clear grip tape and "M" logo on top to the black reversible Magneto logo on the underside to the black trucks and wheels, this board looks absolutely beautiful. I was reluctant to take it out into the street for fear of nicking and scraping away at the glossy finish. As a former shortboard skater, the Bamboo Dancer presented a couple new challenges. First, it's a lot heavier and longer than a regular skateboard and thus transporting it requires a bit more finesse lest you scrape away at your doorways, walls, or car paint. Second, the size and weight forced me to relearn how to do the most basic skateboard skills such as turning, pivoting, and even pushing. The trucks and wheelbase are much wider and longer which allows for more stability, while the soft wheels provide a smoother, quieter ride while sacrificing some speed. I used to ride my shortboard with tight tight tight trucks, and switching to a dancer board, which requires loose trucks for maximum fun, took a little getting used to. Thankfully, Magneto was awesome enough to provide a free skate tool to adjust the kingpin and tighten/loosen your trucks as desired. It's been 4 months since I received this longboard and as I've gotten more competent at riding and performing tricks, I've also beaten up the board substantially. The symmetrical nose and tail are appropriately scraped up, yet they still retain their pop and have no cracks or delamination. However, the sides of the board that sit right below the wheel wells have chipped off some leaving exposed and splintered wood on the topside of the board. I'm sure my countless attempts at 180 no-complys and ghost ride kickflips contributed to this damage, but I'm surprised that instead of just wearing away or denting the wood I'm instead getting large splinters that are peeling off. Another strange thing is the wheels seem to occasionally become crooked. It's hard to describe, but imagine you give the wheel a nice spin and instead of just rotating around the axel, it wobbles as it spins. I don't know if it's due to the wheels being too soft so the bearings loosen and shift in place, but I can get it to go away by pushing the wheels into the trucks to straighten them. It's a manageable problem, but I've never seen it before on other skateboards. I have some Orangutang wheels in the mail. Overall I love the Bamboo Dancer. As my first longboard I knew there would a learning curve and I didn't want to spend too much on a learning board, but after riding this thing for 4 months I really can't imagine how much better a much more expensive Loaded board would be. I know there's a world of fancy longboards out there, but of all the ones I've seen the Magneto is hands down, to my eyes, the best looking one by far. Minus 1-star for the wood splintering on the sides and the weird issue with the wheels. Otherwise, this board is amazing in every way. ... show more

  • Love it!
Color: Hana Twin
I got this board not knowing if I’d like longboarding or not. I did install a set of Reds bearings out of the gate and that made a big improvement. I’m 6’4” and 240 lbs and this board supports me perfectly fine! I’ve only had it out twice but so far I really like it! (Hana Twin)

  • Great fun for my beginner longboarder
Color: Bamboo Carving Longboard Skateboard
Bought this board as a birthday present for my 9yo son who has been skateboarding on and off for about two years. We've mostly been going to a skatepark because the pavement in front of our house is a little rough. This long board is totally different - its big wheels and smooth bearings roll right over the rough pavement and even small obstacles like sticks and leaves. After about ten minutes of practice and some adjustment of the trucks, he was carving down the street with a big smile on his face. Now he can enjoy skateboarding without me having to find time to drive him to the skatepark plus he's getting a jump on his snowboarding skills for the winter. I am not a skater but from what I can tell, the board seems well-built for the price. ... show more
