I had previously been using a standard magnet vent mount that came with a slim metal backing to "stick" to the back of the phone. Worked ok, but not very sturdy and would fall off on occasion. And was not a wireless charger, so still had to have a separate charging cable plugged into phone. So decided to buy both a Mag Safe case for my iPhone 12 as well as this Mag Safe car vent wireless charger. Couldn't be more happy with this product! It has mounting positions that can be adjusted from the vent (up, down, left, right). I can't comment about specific vent configurations (each car's vent situation is different), but Nissan Frontier vent held this thing in place perfectly. The phone just sits right on the magnetic charger and does not budge. Not even a little! The mount has a cord coming out of the bottom which you can use to plug into a usb car adapter. There really is no "con" with this product that I've found. At times, when going over bumps, I'll notice that charging stops for a second and then restarts. But that may be more related to the actual usb car adapter than the actual wireless charger. Either way, this is a product I would recommend and would definitely buy again. ... show more

I’ve had magnetic phone holders in the past but not a charging one. This puts those to shame. I used a cheap 10$ MagSafe style case I got off of Amazon and this thing isn’t going anywhere. Trying to find a mount that will work in a semi is hard. I purchased this not knowing if it would work or not. To my surprise this this is AWESOME!!! It sticks to the dash and doesn’t fall off. My phone hasn’t fell off not one time because the magnets are super strong. It charges really fast so my phone always stays fully charged. There are so many vent Mount chargers that it’s hard to stand out but this one does. Instead of a friction based vent grip that comes undone at the worst time this uses a resizeable grip that won’t let up. Great wireless MagSafe charger for the price. Paired it with a MagSafe case for my iPhone 13 Pro and it works great. In the Ford Maverick there is an empty space next to the screen, so this mount paired with the product called Cubby Grid are a match made in heaven.
