Update: The company reached out to me and sent me extra magnets. That takes care of the issue I had. These are good and make the room pitch black but the issue is that the adhesive doesn't hold and drops easily. Can’t say enough good things about this item. I love it super dark when I sleep so I figured I would give this a go. Did not disappoint. Room is totally dark and no light comes thru. Easy installation . Easy up and down, but I just leave them up. Winner of a product.

    • Fast and Easy blackout window cover

This is the perfect window cover to keep light out of a room. We opened the package, laid out the cover cut it to size. Cleaned the area where we were sticking the magnets and attached them. Put the cover up on the window with the magnets and cover magnet piece Then we took each magnet piece for the cover (one at a time) removed the adhesive tab and stuck to the cover where the magnet is on the window. Boom done!! Window has no light coming in. Very easy to cut and install. Reasonably priced and does what it is supposed to do. Looks great. It does have a few creases in it when you open it up. You may want to use a warm iron (not hot) or a warm dryer to take out the creases. You can also take it down when you want light in the room and put it back up with ease. There's not anything I don't like about this product. It legitimately blocks out the heat/cold and the light that comes with it. They use 3M for the adhesive so it bonds to virtually anything and the magnets work great as well. The feel of the fabric is very smooth and nice as well. Great product. I love how they perfectly block out the sun for my grandkids rooms but my DIL hates how the sticky side isn’t sticky. They’re constantly falling down and especially since the magnets are so heavy. They’re easy to install, functionality is amazing and they fit the windows so well but the value for money could be spent else where with ones that stick better to the window. ... show more
