When I received them, they were folded very nicely but made them look SO bright yellow. I went ahead and opened them and put them up and I instantly feel in love with them. They hang on both ends of white sheers and are the perfect shade of mustard yellow, not bright and not gold. Mustard yellow. The sun rises in that window and they're beautiful. When the direct sun has passed by the window it still looks like light coming in but not in a bad way. They are a sheer for in between other curtains, love the cover of mine, mustard, yellow really bright, and makes the room. I have them in clean and brighter. The only thing I did not like is the type being in the top. Has to be scrunched up enough, so the tag does not show. I bought 2 pair of these panels in navy blue. I wanted something light and airy to hang on either side of my bedroom windows, and these curtains offered that, BUT they were riddled with imperfections. As you can see in my first image, the hems of the panels seem shorter at the edges. One panel had seams at both the top and the bottom that bunched (I'm not a professional seamstress, but it seems to me the tension on the thread was too high). Also, the fabric of one panel was pulled and separated (see the second and third pictures). I'm not a stickler, and I don't notice the pulls and separation when the curtains are bunched up (as in image one), so I decided to keep the curtains. If you are a perfectionist, I would recommend you pass on these curtains. These curtains are extremely inexpensive--be warned that you get what you pay for.
