I purchased the Hugener Magnetic 3 Cable USB-C 6.6FT to travel with and use as a backup when necessary. The first couple of times I used this cable it worked well. However for whatever reason it stopped charging my Mac Book Pro. When connected it flashes an orange light and makes a constant sound as if it is reconnecting while flashing the battery icon from a charging symbol to a plug symbol. All the while not charging my device. I do not know if the cable is incompatible with my device or just ineffective altogether. Unfortunately I have had this cable too long to return. The cord that came with my Mac was wound so tight for packaging that I could never get it straight and eventually both the fabric and cord broke in a pinch spot and let the wiring hang loose. Better than the OEM. Very durable cable, however I doubt it will hold up the the accident that befell the original. Our 5 month puppy chewed on it and rendered it unusable.
