These replaced my previous safety glasses for range use and haven't given me a reason to look back. The amber lens is a great choice for indoor and low-light range conditions — improves contrast and target visibility without distorting anything. The anti-fog coating actually holds up, which is the main thing I needed. No fogging from body heat, no fogging from the rifle — just clear vision throughout the session. The build feels sturdy and reliable for the price point. The side shields are a practical touch for range use specifically, giving you that extra coverage without going full goggle. ANSI Z87.1+ certified, so you're not cutting corners on the protection side. Polycarbonate lens with 99.9% UV protection rounds out a pretty complete package for basic range eye pro. Comfortable enough to wear for an extended range session without becoming a distraction, which is really all you need from safety glasses — you want to forget you're wearing them. Worth noting though: these were $12 in August 2025 and have since crept up to $17 with nothing added. A 42% price increase on a product that hasn't changed is becoming a recurring theme. These are the most comfortable safety glasses I've owned and used. I built hotrods and race cars for a living and do a ton of metal fabrication so I needed some new safety glasses. A buddy of mine told me about these glasses plus how well they have held up for him in the pipeline industry. So I bought these and a clear set so depending on what I was doing I had them both. Well it's been a few months with excellent results and barely even notice that I have them even on. There super durable, chrystal clear..still...,lightweight and the added side pieces are still in tack. When dealing with metal work plus the tools and equipment I use daily I need good eye protection. So with hot sparks flying towards my face faster then warp speed and cutting wheels spinning close to my eyes I can't afford to go cheap and neither should anyone else. But to this day theres no scratches (even knocking them off a bunch of times) no metal from sparks that have blasted the glasses not even hazey from all the abuse I put them through. And I've owned expensive safety glasses that haven't held up anywhere close to these. These are my go to safety glasses along with every one elce in the shop. Never cheap out on safety glasses let alone any safety equipment. ... show more
