was curious and decided to look up my very first deck and wow... that price. i got this when i started playing magic only in 2021, and it was $40 at the time. nothing about the cards are any different than they were two years ago. there are hardly any staples or cards of real value in this deck. out of the box its a smidge weak, but smooth, fast, and can get overwhelmingly large easily. regardless, its not wirth the asking price of nearly $90 im seeing here. it wasn't until Double Masters came out that i was able to put in some serious upgrades and even then, my deck was only valued at around $90.... last year. i love this deck! its nearly my go-to for most games, but this precon is NOT WORTH $90 out the box like this! The product came quickly, it was good condition. this deck is a black green elf deck, they kick butt. Elves elves and more elves… easy if your new to commander or even new to magic it’s a simple, powerful, synergistic and surprisingly few people I have played against have good answers for the overwhelming… elf-ness.     • A good option if you want a deck that can easily be upgraded to competitive.

This deck is more competitive than the other Kaldheim deck. It can be upgraded easily to compete with higher power lvs at a fairly low cost. The deck can also be played casually without upgrades. For an Elf deck out of the box it isn't as fast as most elf decks I have played in the past. This is probably done to allow for a better casual experience but can lead to moments where you feel like your stuck for a few turns while you wait to get enough lands or find some card draw. The other Kaldheim deck is far more enjoyable for out of the box casual play but can't be upgraded as easily for a competitive game. ... show more

This 25 dollar price tag is perfect! Can buy for yourself, or gift to friends and family so they can get into magic. This elf pre-constructed deck is also fairly strong fresh out of the box. It serves as a great baseline elf tribal and is cheap and easy to upgrade.
