This sweater is really pretty and just the right weight for a light summer cover up. It feels nice on. The color was not as pictured so I deducted one star but it is still a pretty color that will go well with a lot of other colors. If you want grey, this is not grey (to me). It is more of a silvery gold color. Sorry, it’s difficult to describe but a picture doesn’t help either. I guess you could say it’s a nice boho “greige” color. LOL I encourage you to try this if you are just looking for a casual but pretty light weight sweater that goes well with a variety of colors.

After seeing the models wearing oversized crochet cardigans that were featured with shorts on the Chanel 2024 runway show this year. I fell in love with the look, and knew I wanted to find an oversized crochet cardigan to wear this summer with my shorts, jeans, tanks & T-shirts. I am so glad that I found this crochet sweater. The cuffed & balloon sleeves, kimono style gives it an oversized look & the crochet big holes pattern is exactly what I wanted. It came in 28 fun colors. I decided on the light purple color. So glad I did. It is a soft lilac, so pretty & the perfect pop of color. Not only is the sweater very pretty & fun to wear. The material is very soft making it very comfortable to wear. According to the size chart I would have been a size small. I got the sweater in the medium size because I wanted it to be oversized. The medium size is perfect. I am 5’4, the length is great. The bottom of the sweater goes a little below the bottom edge of my shorts.

I bought 4 of these in 2021 and they were thick hem/edges and soft and beautiful colors. I had searched for cotton and these claimed to be but weren’t, but I kept them because they were really nice. So I ordered another color this week and what arrived is dull, thin hem, not soft and just overall icky. Plus I ordered the exact same size as all the others and the new ones are smaller. I compared it side by side with my 2021 cardis and you can visibly see the difference. So what… just one more case of a cheap company hooking people then changing to cheaper fabrics, cheaper dyes and probably a cheaper manufacturer with zero quality control? I keep saying I’m going to stop buying from China and I have, for the most part, but I went back for one more of these because I assumed I’d get the same quality. Didn’t happen.

Love this light cardi! Perfect summer layering piece over tank tops. It’s pretty delicate but that’s the nature of something like this. Delicate/light weight/airy, exposed seams, open knit - exactly what I wanted. I ordered beige gray and then the army green & I’m sure I’ll order a few more colors. Price is a little high for what it is, but not a deal breaker for me. I disagree with comments saying it runs large or to size down. I should have ordered my usual size initially for the intended slightly oversized look. Don’t size down unless you want it more fitted. Also- for the people complaining that the sleeves are sewn on inside out, It’s INTENTIONAL! That is the style! Ha ha🤪 It’s called exposed seams. Please do NOT give a bad review bc you failed to notice when ordering.
