4 stars because creator should have lengthened curtains so that the measurement is based on the curtain ‘s length after you fix top tabs. I ordered the blue, teal, charcoal, silver and bronze. QUALITY: These are simple gorgeous. The panels look like satin eith a sheen. They look better then the high end curtains fold by Ethan Allen for $7,000 per window. Yes, that’s what custom drapery costs. COLOR: The teal looks like an icy blue. All are beautiful. The bronze is like an aged gold. The silver is very light. All have a white panel on the back. The white panel id like a cotton and it is not sewn completely to the colored panel but that’s ok. INSTRUCTIONS: The package includes a one page instruction on how to twists the tob tabs. The page id inserted unfolded so thst you can read it before opening the package. LENGTH (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!): After fixing the top tabs according to instructions, your curtains will be 2-3 inches shorter. 84 inch curtains will measure 81-82 inches long after the tip tabs are fixed. 95 inch curtains will measure 92-93 inches long. The twist tab top adds a nice twist (pun intended) to conventional curtains. Each curtain panel comes with step by step illustrated instructions on how to create the twist tab The curtains are lightweight, but come lined and provide a moderate level of privacy, but still allows some light to filter through, ie not fully opaque and does not block all light Fabric texture is very similar to lightweight silk The twist tabs will result in SHORTER and NARROWER curtains than stated dimensions when hung If you like the look of the twist tabs, plan on buying a LENGTH LONGER and an EXTRA panel in order to achieve the FULL and LONG look of elegant curtains

They are pretty and quality fabric, the Champagne color just did not go with my room. It is difficult to know, only seeing pictures and not in person. Also I couldn't figure out how to tie the knots! Again, very nice product.

I dont often write reviews unless something is awful. These curtains are really lovely and the price is really reasonable. I needed 120inch long panels and needed eight of them. I tried and returned three other sets of curtains at simular pricing. They were very thin fabric and really sheer. They also were packaged badly. Thes are lined, perfect fitting, beautifully made and definitely worth the price.

The dislikes are minimal so I'll start there... 1. ONLY reason I gave value for money 4 stars is Champagne color is not "black-out" as advertised but absolutely keeps the living room from heating up horridly with west facing 12' sliding glass doors. Actually ths is really all I wanted. Maybe the darker colors are more "black out" but champagne color is more room dimming. 2. I had to re-order more panels as site wasn't clear about coverage. I thought 4 panels would work on the custom sliding 12' doors (3' for each door). I then ordered 2 more and it still is not quite enough coverage so am ordering a 7th panel. The frame is custom pine with routing decoration and I want to be able to tie curtains back to expose 90% of the entire door. Hence I needed the last panel. BUT if you are mounting INSIDE the frame and just want to cover the 3' wide window then one panel per door would be fine. Summary, 2 doors get 3 panels and for 4 doors get either 6 or 7 panels. Now the BEST part....the LIKES! 1. I wanted tab top curtains primarily to be able to see the custom woodworking of the window frames at the top of the windows. Additionally, I can use any size rod and not have to deal with those pins. I also think the tab curtains are elegant. But they were very hard to find at a reasonable price. Here they are! 2. While versatile, tabs can sometimes be boring and the curtain often ends up hanging flat. I love the distinctness of the tying on each tab. The directions were very easy to follow. 3. After hanging a few of the curtains as well as the valences I realized you can tie them slightly differently and get very different styles (see pictures). Leaving the tab width fully open you get a poofy look that I would call flouncy, light, airy feel (second picture). You can see that the first picture is much more of a tailored look, streamlined. All I did was turn each side of the tab under to the middle so the tab is narrow and flat, then pulled down on the tie portion. Either way, be careful that the outside panel edge of first and last tab is turned back so that the tag is hidden behind curtain (see left side of each picture). If you take the time you can even adjust the tied portion to get an even more tailored look and the curtain itself will still not hang flat like most tab curtains. 4. Tabs make it so easy to put on the rod! 5. Color was exactly as pictured. I LOVE THESE CURTAINS and am considering buying them for all of my rooms!
