I've been looking at this set for almost a year. And I am so glad that I purchased for my king size set. If fits my bed perfectly and I have a tall mattress. It's very sturdy and I use a blanket with it now because it's in the cold months in Maine but in the summertime, I will have the quilt alone. It's very well made and I love the fact that it's cotton. Colors are true to advertised picture. The shams and the pillows are just beautiful. The pillows come in the package airtight so you will need to fluff them up. Some complained about a smell. I think it's the plastic packaging it arrived in. Smell disappeared a day after I put it on my bed. I highly recommend this set, don't delay. Buy it today. ... show more

I've been wanting this set for a long time I bought it when the price dropped. Its thicker then I thought but I like that. Living in Michigan it helps. The colors are beautiful, the downfall are the pillows it comes with. They are very blah for the price of this set. They are small and very flat, even after unpacking them they never fully expanded. This quilt is described as green and yellow. It is not! It is shades of teal and a dijon mustard color with white and gray, some flecks of brown. It is a lovely spread. I chose to keep it since my window treatments have some of those colors. You need a dust ruffle to hide the mattress base, it’s short on the sides. I bought this for our guest room. I wanted the room to have a “cottage” feel to it. It is perfect! I love the soft muted colors of the yellow , blue, and gray. It gives the room the exact look that I was going for. It’s not too heavy and not too light, so it’s a great weight for winter or summer.

The colors went with my guest room perfectly. The shams and pillows that came with added so much to the value. I bought king size for me queen bed, do not need a bed skirt at all. If only they had an oversized king set I would buy that also.

I bought this quilt set to replace a very well-loved 5-yr. old Madison Park "Amherst" comforter set we had in our master bedroom at our Lowcountry SC townhome. We've moved from the coast to a very sweet single story 68-yr.old fixer-upper in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, so I'm trying to retain a mid-century cottage style in the midst of our renovations. This quilt set arrived very well-packaged, and washed and dried beautifully on the Delicate cycles of my front-loading washer and dryer. I ordered the Cal. King set, and the quilt fit nicely on our king sized mattress, even with the 4" eggcrate topper. Just so you know, the colors are as pictured rather than as described - not green, but rather a light robin's egg blue or aqua, teal, ivory (not yellow), gray, white and beige, with dark taupe outlines. It looks lovely with our distressed white bedroom furniture, and will work beautifully with our cottage-theme decor'. ... show more
