Even though you can purchase these forever stamps at any local post office; however, it is more convenience these days with the Covid-19 issue to order them on line. I thought this was the Valentines Day Stamp (restricted to a collector's stamp). But it turns out it is a beautiful Forever Stamp. I've never seen stamps packaged so securely. The price was very low when I got mine and there were only a couple left. I love hearts & got married Valentines Day!!
