The media could not be loaded. This LaBomme Madame Matte lipstick has been nice to try so far. I chose the shade “She Cute.” It swatches slightly darker on my hand than it actually shows up on my lips, as it pulls a bit lighter once on (at least against my skin tone). I originally wanted the “First Lady” shade, and I talked myself out of it after seeing the swatches online. I wish I would have stuck with my first choice because while “She Cute” is a nice color, it washes me out a bit. So, I’ve been pairing it with a darker lip pencil to bring some definition and a tad more color. As for the formula, I would describe this as a soft matte lipstick. It has a velvet, mousse-like texture, so it’s actually really creamy and feels relatively nice on the lips. It doesn’t dry your lips out quite as much as other matte lipsticks I own. While this is billed as a long-lasting lipstick, I don’t know that I would describe it that way as it really depends on a lot of factors. When you first put it on, it feels sort of “wet” for a while, so of course, it’ll move around and transfer during that time. Even after it dries down (about 15 minutes for me), I’ve found that it still transfers if you touch anything to it. So, don’t expect this to last through eating and drinking. It’ll stay intact as long as you don’t disturb it, so it has the potential to last for hours depending on your activity level. :) Overall, I’m glad I had the opportunity to try both this brand and product. To be honest, I’m undecided if I would purchase this lipstick again. I definitely wouldn’t in the shade I received, but they did have some other bold, vibrant pink/berry/red colors that could be worth exploring. I mean don’t get me wrong as it’s a nice product, but there are so many other lipstick brands/products I love, and this one hasn’t quite made its way into my “love” category yet.

I am so glad I was able to try this liquid lipstick as it matches the color exactly in the picture. I am decently picky for color and texture of lip stick and this one is great. It really doesn't smudge or bleed as it advertises and it feels very smooth.

I've never heard of the brand LaBomme, but I am quite impressed with the company's liquid lipstick. First of all, I adore the color I chose (First Lady). Sometimes when I buy things online, the color isn't what I had been expecting, but this one delivers. The lipstick is easy to apply and the color stays put for hours. It doesn't smudge or bleed, it doesn't have a funky odor, and it doesn't dry out the lips. I love that I can apply it and forget about it. I also love that it is vegan/cruelty-free. I am truly wowed by this lipstick.

Color: Dark Angel
I love this! It's dark and bold, covers completely and lasts all day. I only use a little dab on my finger tip to apply it, and even that is enough to cover my lips. In the image included I have a gloss over it to add some shine. Without gloss it's a very matte look.

This review is for "LaBomme - MADAMME MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICK in FIRST LADY- smooth no smudge, no bleed, non-drying lipstick, bold colors, vegan & cruelty free" I do love the look of the tube and the lip color is gorgeous on me. Unfortunately I found this matte liquid lipstick too drying. If I put anything on top the dried lipstick would smudge and bleed. No matter what I put on my lips beforehand to prep them it would cause the lipstick to not dry at all and easily transfer to napkins and coffee cups. If I put the lipstick only on my lips and allowed it to dry for several minutes it does lock in place and become very transfer resistant but then my lips looked dry and cracked.

It is a pricy lipstick but the color is very highly pigmented and glossy and vibrant. It does have a good stain to it and with one wipe you will get full-blown color. It's very glossy and the color is bold and fancy looking. It does not get smudged easily and stays all day on. Its a nice lipstick but also very pricy.
