I have 4 other headphones in this range but these are the go to for daily wear. I pair them with an ifi DAC at home and then the DACs in the LGV50 when traveling. +The leather ear pads are comfortable and breathe well for long haul wearing. +They fit to a fatter head like mine well. +The sound for EDM, Rock (80s), and gaming is great. Highs are sharp but not overbearing like others in this range. Bass is clean and not overbearing. A flat profile works well. + Cords detach. ++++Build is solid. Incredible build quality (headband is 1/4 inch steel and real leather head/earpads) and an inoffensive but highly technical sound signature. Everything just comes through so clearly. All of my other headphones/IEMs sound veiled in comparison. I bought the MC 350 as well and while they did sound amazing for a closed back while maintaining the same build quality of the 450's, their earpads are circular and rest on-ear rather than over like Beyer's do. Combine that with an above average clamp force and you have a headphone that isn't ideal in the comfort department.
