Shiny and smooth,very nice lipgloss a little goes a long way.A bit sticky if you put too much but I love the color it is almost gold.

PRRR is my go-to lipglass - it's all I wear (aside from Fresh Air which was a limited edition). PRRR is just the perfect pink-nude and I've been using it for 15+ years and it's still the best thing I've ever found to give my lips the right amount of pink.
