Folding it up is easy, which helps when you don’t want it taking over the entire room. The design is simple but functional. The non slip bottom works fairly well, especially on carpet or textured flooring. On smoother surfaces, it may slide a little during more energetic drills. It’s great for kids learning basic skills, and even adults can use it for stretching or light exercise. The incline helps with technique and confidence, making certain movements easier to practice. It’s a versatile piece for different activities. There are a few limitations to consider. The foam can soften over time, especially with frequent use. It’s not built for high impact routines or heavier users pushing it hard. The stitching and seams feel decent, but not heavy duty. Still, it’s a practical mat that works well for beginner and casual use. The only complaint is that the wedge and other accessories that come with it all expanded during shipping and burst out of the box, causing Amazon/UPS to try to seal it back up, but had instead to put it in another box, and the burst box inside of it. I am not complaining about that, but what worries me is did I get everything that should be in the box? There isn't always a breakdown of the contents of boxes. Lately more and more boxes are coming damaged. What a piece of..... open the damaged box and it appears to require assembly. I have to put cover on after I open the vacuum sealed prices.

After we opened everything and got them set up, the first thing that you notice is how small they are. We got these for our 4-year-old granddaughter who is going to be starting gymnastic lessons soon, but she is almost too big for them now to use for practicing. In my opinion, these seem more fit for babies and toddlers to just play on more than to be used for gymnastics. Still, the foam material and outer covers seem to be of good quality and the colors are bright and nicer for little ones.
