This is the 3rd Maars 40 Oz Travel mug/tumbler I have bought bc I love them! I have two so I always have a clean one for my water, and I just bought this one in black for my husband. The cup keeps cold liquids cold for hours and hot liquids hot for a good amount of time as well. It is sturdy and I like the screw on cap. It comes with 2 straws (they’re nice too) so you can use those or just slide the top open and drink from the cup that way as well. I have had my two 40 oz travel mugs for over 2 years now and have had no issues at all. They actually look like the Stanley cups but at a much better price point. I would recommend.

I purchased this item because I wanted a new water bottle that would not consistently grow mold. Welp, the tumbler is great...except I specifically bought this for the STRAW! When I received this item, there was no said straw. So, I have to use it as a sipping tumbler. I need a tumbler that is reliable, leakproof, and offers durability. I just am frustrated because the intended reason I purchased this item was for the STRAW! UPDATE: FOUND THE STRAWS. It's better than I expected. Can't praise this Stanley dupe anymore! It keeps my water cold, just like promised.

I got this cup because to didn’t want to pay $70 for a Stanley brand cup. Love the cup. The colors are gorgeous and keeps ice all day. However, after having the cup for three days, my husband accidentally broke the lid after throwing a dog toy, knocking the cup off the table. I cannot find a replacement lid. Maars doesn’t sell them individually and the Stanley lid replacements are too small to fit (already ordered and having to return it). The only solution I can find is a Yeti press on lid which suffices but it is irritating not being able to purchase the actual replacement and using a band-aid solution.

Love the blue color and it fits great in the car cup holder. It is too heavy so it might tip/spill a bit if you set it down, say, on the ground at the park lol. But it will keep solid ice for at least a day if you leave it out at room temp. Probably longer if you store it in the fridge. I use it mainly for ice water sipping throughout the day and I love having it with me. I thought at first it might have been too big but it’s definitely worth it if I’m out of the house for hours and I don’t have to refill. It does say hand wash only- I have a similar bottle that the coating chipped in the dishwasher so I don’t dare to try that. But hand washing it isn’t bad esp since I mostly drink water. It comes with two THICK straws also, but no pipe cleaner, the one I have is too skinny, so that’s a bummer. But all in all I love this tumbler, definitely recommend.

I think we are all coming here and looking at this cup for the same reason....the competitor version out there is over priced! This cup is excellent. It's sturdy, pretty and keeps my water cold all day. In fact, my cat knocked my cup off my desk yesterday and it fell to the floor and barely leaked any water out except out of the straw hole. I am coming back on here to order another cup and thought I'd leave a review for it since I love my new cup so much!

I bought this cup in May, and can definitely vouch for the insulation: even in hot, humid Florida, drinks stay cold and ice intact all day. However, the flip cap on the lid broke off early this month, so I can no longer fully close it: which is very important to me as someone who keeps it closed to keep bugs out of my drink since I work with livestock. Overall an excellent cup, but I really wish they had replacement lids available!
