Overall this is a very good beginner keyboard. My 7 year old started using it right out of the box with no issues figuring it out. Comes with a microphone but you cannot turn the microphone volume down. A little pricey for the weight of the keyboard but it definitely does the job. She enjoys it. I ordered this from the warehouse so I expected a flaw, I wasn't expecting the corner to be broken and pieces to be rolling around inside. That said it worked to my surprise. I knew I couldn't send it back and get an unbroken one for the same price so being everything played and sounded good I decided to keep it. We had ordered a cheaper one from Amazon a week or two ago with a microphone that screeched like crazy. This one actually had a nice sound to it, no screeching unless it was super close to the speaker(which is expected). The keys are decent enough size so you can play without fumbling over the keys. We put the labels on them and got a songbook as a starter and it works. So overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I will say I was very surprised by the lightweight as well. It does come with a cord that you can plug into a USB plug or port but no adapter. I got it for the grandkids to use, and they have been happy with it as well. I do recommend avoiding the warehouse on these but to order new, these will make a great starter piano for any age. ... show more

This keyboard has so many different functions, we can’t wait to play around with them all and figure out how to use them really well! We especially love the record and playback feature! We’re super excited to play DJ and make some awesome songs. The microphone is also lots of fun and may be our favorite part and we love how it stores away underneath the keyboard!
