I sometimes buy used like new open box items. Bought this at less than half the price of new. Someone possibly bought it as an adult keyboard and returned because it didn't have any marks and was all wrapped in plastic. Gave to daughter as early xmas present. She absolutely loves it. It's thin plastic and light. All functions work and has rechargeable batteries. Fairly decent item even at full price. Mic has a recessed area to place on the bottom. No worries about batteries it's rechargeable. That alone will save me in the long run using and losing my Duracell rechargeable etc. Huge selection of buttons to press for accompaniment music such as drums. Has recorder for playback to hear what she just played. It's not a old skool brick Casio but 1/4 the price. Great for 6-10 ages. ... show more

Sounds great! Was great for my son to be able to practice piano in his room instead of on the upright at first. However, the microphone broke quickly and after a year of use it still works but isn’t holding a charge anymore so has to be plugged in to play.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered when there was a sale for Christmas so of course when my daughter finally opened it on Christmas and half the keys don’t work I can’t return it. The keys that do work sound fine. I’m frustrated but what can you do.
