I love this olive oil for drinking/sipping. It tastes fresh and genuinely high quality with a bold, peppery finish, and I’ve made it a simple routine: 1 tablespoon per day, at the same time every day. It’s strong (in a good way), so a little feels satisfying. If you prefer a mild, buttery olive oil, this will taste intense—but if you want a robust, high-quality EVOO you’ll actually stick with daily, this is an easy reorder for me.
