I originally ordered a silver in color 20 carry-on it arrived when I unzip the suitcase. Both in liners are missing the zipper clasp. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered a replacement the second carry-on arrived. This time they sent me the wrong color they sent me a blue 20 inch carry-on I actually like the blue better than a silver but guess what this suitcase also doesn’t have a zipper clasp, which means that they don’t install the zipper class on any of the liners . I will need to go out and buy two clasp to add otherwise I’d like the suitcase functionality appearance, And maneuverability. I will now return the silver one since I know it’s product build flaw. ... show more

Zipper is terrible and TSA lock wouldn’t reset. Absolute garbage of a product. Bought and waiting months to utilize and by then, the return timeline had passed, so I had to throw it away.
