For $40 I would expect more. They are pretty pathetic looking. I purchased them a while ago before we left for a long trip so I can't return but they aren't great.

I really like the look and feel of this garland, I'm not a fan of Kirkland's Norfolk pine, it's beautiful in photo's but with all the hype on it I think it looks and feels very plastic in person. As this one too is plastic, I prefer it's look and feel in person much better. From the picture you can see that it is not 72", there is a good 4" of brown stem on on each end that has no pine on it which they include in the measurement which still doesn't get to the 72" mark. The garland is not completely stretched straight but the far end of it is at least an inch from the beginning of the tape measure. At best this garland with pine is maybe 64" -65". As you can see it is very thin which works for my application. I paid $55.99 for a pack of 4, which made it just under $14.99 a garland. I just checked the price and it is now selling for $64.99 now which is $16.25 a garland. If it were thicker or longer I would say it is worth the money, as beautiful as it is, at the current price point I think it's on the expensive side.

They came as described and look like the picture (singular straight picture), some pictures are obviously doubled to show more fullness. There is a smell that has lingered for the last 3 days and I'm hoping will go away now that they are out of the package and on the banister. *fingers crossed. Will update if the smell goes away!

I love these. They are the most realistic fir bough garlands I've ever had. They match the Christmas tree I purchased a few years ago almost perfectly; I didn't buy them here or any of the other holiday items I acquired this year. I found all of them on Temu or Aliexpress for half to a third of the price. They're made in China, so why not buy them directly rather than support a space program none of us will ever benefit from? The only reason I didn't give them a five-star rating is because very often the pictures make them seem far fuller than they actually are. You need to double or triple them up to get a full effect. It all depends on the look you're going for. Since my decor is late 19th and early 20th century, I wanted it to be a little less full and far less perfect-looking than what you would buy today. And so garland boughs wouldn't have been as full as we like to imagine them to be. The other reason I didn't give them a five-star rating is because they're made of plastic... I know that sounds a bit ridiculous because, after all, what would they have been made of if not plastic? Right? Well, it isn't so much that they're plastic; it is the kind of plastic they're made from. The vast majority of plastic is the nonbiodegradable kind, and we are drowning in it. There are a lot of other options for these using biodegradable plastics, but for whatever reasons, they've not caught on. It isn't that those plastics are more expensive to produce or use in manufacturing, as they have roughly the same production cost. So, you got me swinging by a noodle. This is why I limit much of what I buy because so much of everything is plastic today. Even though I am on a fixed income, I would still gladly pay for glass, metal, or biodegradable plastic if I could find it and it was a reasonable amount. I still don't understand why glass ornaments that once sold for no more than 6 bucks a box for a set of four or six in the drug stores are now $30, $40, $50, $60, and up. And who is paying for that? If no one tossed their money at stores for this nonsense, the prices would have dropped almost immediately. So, there must be enough mindless idgets out there throwing money away like it doesn' tmatter.
