I spent weeks digging through each and every listing on amazon trying to find the best 100%down comforter I could afford. I went with this one. The price was so good that i had some serious doubts at first, but the reviews tempted me to give it a shot. Let me tell you, the reviews aren't lying. This is a seriously good quality comforter. The shell is strong yet soft and there is virtually zero noise emmited. It's secured with piping along the edges, keeping any fly away fibers out of the picture, and conveniently has tabs in the middle of each edge as well as the corners to lock onto your duvet cover. It was nicely presented out of the box in a fabric zip bag to store away in. Best of all, I gave it one nice shake and this comforter was fluffed to the max. There wasn't even any weird smell to air out. It was ready to get onto my bed right away. It's filled nicely and evenly separated with a box stitch to keep all the fibers where they should be, so it's sure to stay warm and cozy as it was last night. Buy this comforter and thank me for going through all that endless research for you later. :) you won't regret it.

This was a nice product at first. It is not all down either. It had bunched up and feel like giant quilt filling in each square. I washed in washer as well so maybe that’s why? This is not from me.

I love it! I bought a luxurious goose down comforter over 25yrs ago at Robinsons dept. store for over $400 which I loved.Lasted many year's until it was ruined during a move. I searched for a similar one over the years and this one exceeds my expectations. It came in a strong plastic vacuum packaging in a nice zipper bag with handles. I couldn't wait & used it immediately as it was cold,raining & needed a lightweight duvet without goose feathers poking me.Instructions said put in dryer 20min or fluff with the paddle it came with & 48 hrs to fully fluff.I didn't do either. It has 8 tabs & I put into a new thin duvet 4 tab duvet cover for now. I'm always hot but this is light & breathable for me. My sweetheart & dog love the warmth/heat as they like to cuddle up under it snoring like bears in a cozy cave.I lay on it alot & fluffs up nicely. Queen doesn't hang over too much on my queen bed & you may want to size up to drape over the side's.Check the measurements. It's dry clean only like my previous one that I Ioved too.I'm so happy with my purchase. Great price for queen,no smell & excellent quality.

If you like seeing the black and white filling float everywhere in your room, then this product is for you. I have this comforter in a linen duvet cover and the feathers still go through it. Ive washed it multiple times thinking it would help but it does not. Im going to have to throw it away.

The comforter is soft and cozy, but I was hoping it would be thicker for more warmth. The loops for securing it feel flimsy, and I’m worried they’ll tear with use. It also makes a crinkly noise when you move, which can be annoying. It’s decent, but not quite what I expected for the price.

This is the first down comforter I have bought in about 20 years. Despite the fact that the old one is still in super excellent condition, I really wanted one that covered and flowed over the edges of my Queen sized bed, which the other did not. First of all, there was NO odor emanating from the packaging. Second the comforter arrived within 3 days of my order, very well boxed and in its' own "bag". Third, the comforter spread out nicely on my bed, and after following instructions to pat (not beat) each of the stitched "boxes" on the entire comforter a couple of times, the comforter fluffed up nicely. Just to let you know, I have a large dryer, but this comforter will NOT fit in it, and I am glad not to have tried. I think that there could be a problem if you try that method. Fourth, after two nights of sleeping, I felt toasty warm, had lots of room to toss and turn (as we all do sometimes). Sleeping in the buff is like being in dreamland under the cotton flannel sheet and this comforter... Fifth, the price was right. I would buy another if I needed. This is a great investment. I will be using the older one on my single bed in the guest room. Sixth, I had the older one dry cleaned two years ago. I highly recommend that cleaning process, when possible. Make sure your top sheet covers and folds back over the edges closest to you face. That will keep your comforter looking like new for months and years to come. Enjoy!

I have been through many cheap comforters, mostly from big box stores or online housewares retailers. All of them fell short, getting compacted and loosing their warming powers gradually, some faster, some slower. Of course, part of this was my own fault for cheaping out and opting for down/feather fillings, feather fillings, or even synthetic fillings. None of them compare to down fiber, though. Problem is, pure down fiber can be very expensive. Some of the high quality comforters I considered were close to $500. When I looked closely and saw this comforter was 100% down I thought I'd take a chance. I couldn't be happier. It is warm enough to sleep under in the winter with just a duvet cover and sheets. It hasn't been super cold so I suspect I will need a thin blanket at some point, but the upside is that I don't think this will be too hot in fall or spring. A functional 3-season comforter is a rare find. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality, which seems quite good. it is boxed stitching so all of the down stays in place. I fluffed in the dryer and low temp before the first use and it's been perfect ever since. All of my other comforters have been donated.
