For the price, I'm pleasantly surprised how nice these are. When I first got them, I machine washed in cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, remove immediately. They were slightly wrinkled so I ironed them. After multiple wash/dryings, they have resisted wrinkles. Like most cotton, they have gotten softer the more times they have been washed. My pillows are King size Sealy down alternative from Costco. These pillow cases are the perfect size for these pillows. The color is NOTHING like what they show online. I ordered the seafoam and light blue. Online, the seamfoam is pictured like a pale mint green, but they were actually very dark. I also ordered the light blue which actually look like the "DEEP BLUE" color online.

Let me tell you when I first took these out of the package. I said oh no, because they felt like sandpaper and I was looking for more of a sateen /percale feel. I washed them immediately and they still felt kind of rough. I was starting to wonder if they would exchange already washed sheets.(which I happened to find out they do! Very nice) but I thought I would try them. Now these are my favorite sheets. I actually ordered some Sateen pillowcases that matched to see the difference. They are very nice also, and I will order those in the future, but I love these sheets. They feel like linen. I can’t wait to climb into bed. I got the sea foam or whatever is supposed to be close like that. I must say it doesn’t really look like seafoam. It kinda looks like hospital green or a drab mint, and they do wrinkle, even out of the dryer. But they look and feel expensive. If you were really bougie, you could starch an iron these and be living. The spa experience will definitely re-purchase. This is probably my one and only sheet company from here on out. These truly are comfy sheets. I have no idea if the thread count is truly 1000, but it's a nice material with long fibers. See, I've had bad luck with microfiber sheets as any synthetic content seems to pill, then my husband isn't comfortable and I can't sleep at all on pilled sheets. I can't imagine removing the pills from a king sheet, so I simply don't buy anything but cotton. Synthetics also tend to stay warm, and our goofy spring weather (one day 80+, one day 40 and very windy) means needing sheets that will work for any weather. I've also seen way too many brands/models where the word "cotton" gets used, but the sheets are microfiber (like "cotton" is a brand name or type). These are actual soft, breathable cotton at a reasonable price. I've been using them for a week and they've been soft and pleasant. As real cotton should, they have gotten softer as we've used them. I haven't had them long enough to tell how they'll stand up with use, and I'll update if there's any problem (which I don't expect - I mean, not much to fail on cotton sheets). I'm very pleased with these and will be ordering more.
