I had got a blanket for my birthday from a friend. However, I felt like it was too heavy - so I was on the lookout for another blanket. My hairdresser actually showed me this and said she really liked it on her bed. Needless to say there was a coupon on the Amazon site and I used that when I ordered this to get a little bit of money off - which helped! Once I got this on my bed I was absolutely in love with this blanket! I realized I don’t like heavier blankets, I like lighter blankets, and this blanket is very light. It’s almost like having a sheet on your bed. I actually sleep with another thin quilt/blanket underneath it (instead of a top sheet) and it’s the perfect weight for me. It keeps me very very warm but not uncomfortably warm. I usually tend to turn my heat down a little bit at night and this is perfect to slide under, and I feel very comfortable! I actually liked this so much that I decided to buy one for my son too. I felt like he deserved a new blanket too. The only issue I have is I really like a blue version of this blanket too LOL - so I might actually buy a third blanket just to keep it on hand! I would very much recommend this blanket. I know there are some reviews on here that aren’t great - but I think if you’re looking for a light blanket that will keep you warm and be comfortable 👉🏻 this is a good one to start with! I don’t think it’s that noisy. It looks good on my bed. I am very pleased with it and like I said I bought I already bought another one - and I’m considering a third one and at this point! I might just get rid of all my so-so blankets in my house (and I have about 7 of them!) and just keep these on hand! I think they’re wonderful! I think if you watched for a coupon the price is also very reasonable. These will make a great gift for friends and family. I would buy this comforter again. I thought it wasn’t as fluffy as it should be until I put it in the dryer on heat for 30 minutes. Yeah, maybe it didn’t look just like the photo, but it’s kick ass. I don’t eat fast food, but when was the last time you got a Big Mac that looked like the picture, and it was fine. It was warm, I live in Colorado. It’s winter here now. I have a feeling it will be good for the summer too. Looks great, feels great. I’m happy with my purchase. ... show more

Pro: I was soft and was a bright white. Not heavy so to be too overbearing Con: Although the dimensions are bigger than a Cal King, it still did not meet the bottom of my runner boards on both sides as you can see in photos. I probably need a Texas King comforter. And of course, doesn’t look like picture…….but maybe this can help! At any rate, I would recommend it overall. And as far as the ‘fluff-but-not-like-the-picture’ factor’, I took it out of the package (still rolled up) and put it in dryer on Air Only setting 3 times and no fluff……then I changed the dryer setting but not the position of comforter to high heat for two minutes and it worked but only on one side because I still had it rolled up…….ugh! So, I would suggest unfolding COMPLETELY ( in laundry room ) and then put in clean dryer on high heat for not more than 3 minutes 😎. Heat supports the ‘fluff-factor’. ... show more

First comforter was defective, but customer service replied immediately and sent a brand new comforter within 2 days. I absolutely love it. Since it's real down, It's lightweight and fluffy but is extremely soft and warms evenly. It's the perfect all weather comforter. Looks beautiful. Will be buying more from this company for my other beds. This is a smaller family owned company as well, which I fully support doing business with. Buy from here and you'll Be so happy you did! I decided to take a couple of minutes to review my new comforter….which I don’t usually do for other products. I am sick and tired of taking a chance on alternative material comforters only to have them feel weird, not fluffy and thin. I searched for one that was down or partial down plus budget friendly. I took a chance on this comforter because of the oversized cal king size. Once out of its package it fluffs up nicely and it is plenty big for my cal king bed. It’s fluffy, heavy and a cozy. It does have an odd smell but I put my duvet over it and it’s fine. I might pop in the dryer with scented dryer balls when I change the duvet. I read one review that it holds in heat….and that is true which is a bummer. It’s really warm! Because we’re having cold weather in Northern California I’ll be okay but it will be miserable once it starts to warm up. I’ve thought about sending it back because of this but not sure how I would begin to pack it up to send. Overall it’s a great comforter and much better than “down alternative” comforter. ... show more
