I absolutely adore this. It was WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! Shown as a duvet insert but i loathe duvets so I wanted something that would look good without a cover. This is REALLY PRETTY on its own. Very soft and feels quite cozy. I will give a little caution: We have a queen size bed (We sleep in a loft and floor space is at a premium-my hubby is 6'4 and we would do better in a california king but it is what it is!!) and I ordered this in a King. As you can see, it just fits our queen so I would recommend going to next size. Normally, I would take a star off due to fit (I just cannot imagine that the queen would have properly fit our queen bed the way I like) but I love it so much I cannot bear to take off a star. I have not had it long so I cannot speak to how how well it will hold up but it certainly seems to be of excellent quality!! I also have not washed it yet (we use a top sheet so we do NOT have to wash comforters frequently) so I have nothing to offer as far as washing/drying. Anyway, RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

the material is lightweight , not oversized . the banker isn’t soft , feels more like a jacket you would wear . when i thought of feather , i thought soft and cozy , this is more of a underlying comforter not super thick .

I bought 2 of these (palatial heavyweight kings, not pleated). One to replace my 10 year old down comforter and another for someone else in the house. We both LOVE this comforter and sleep so well and snuggled in at night. It is WARM…so if you get hot at night under a regular blanket, do not purchase the heavyweight one. I put the comforter in the drier on no heat for 20 minutes and that helped get the fluff started…it continued to fluff up over the next several days. It is soft, doesn’t make noise, and is an incredible deal for this price. It is WAY better quality than my old one and I paid over $300 for it 10 years ago. So glad I decided to get this!

Quality is excellent. I sleep at the perfect temperature not too hot and not too cold. Nice breathable material. For the price this is a steal. I actually went to Macy’s looking for another comforter that was comparable and I could not find a thing. Ended up being highly disappointed. Do not judge it when you first pull it out the box let it fluff up for a day or two.! Highly recommend this product and I am incredibly picky with high expectations.

This is way nicer than I expected. I fluffed it up in the dryer for a few minutes, and it looks so nice. It is on the warm side, so we pop open the window and have the fan on. (If you know, you know...I sleep like this even in the winter.) I wish it came with pillowcases, but other than that, it was exactly what I was looking for.
